1. Operator and scope
PILOTALL is operated by İsmet Akdenizli, an individual founder operating from Türkiye, at postal contact published in Contact (the “operator,” “we,” or “us”). The verified product founder/contact is İsmet Akdenizli. Support and notices: akdenizlismet@gmail.com. Website: https://getpilotall.com. Intended service markets: United States-based professional accounting firms, CPAs, tax professionals, bookkeeping offices and insurance agencies. These Terms govern authorized business use of PILOTALL. A person accepting for an office must have authority to bind that office. Mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected. Governing-law provisions do not override applicable mandatory protections.
2. Software, not professional services
PILOTALL is standardized office-management SaaS for accounting firms, tax professionals, CPAs/bookkeeping offices and insurance agencies. It organizes client relationships, tasks, document records, approvals, professional workflow views and reports. It does not perform tax filing, accounting services, insurance brokerage, personalized consulting, legal advice or financial advice. Users remain responsible for professional judgments, client permissions, filings, coverage decisions and legal obligations. Public enrollment, verified onboarding, the seven-day trial and Lemon Squeezy checkout are available. AI, broad notification campaigns, private file upload/storage/scanning and unattended scheduled delivery remain disabled. Essential account/billing email and verified team/client invitations are available. Existing verified internal memberships can be managed under office roles; operational in-app notices use actual records. Connected document metadata does not mean file upload is available. Features become available only after separate configuration, verification and disclosure. No external result is guaranteed merely because an interface or configuration flag exists.
3. Accounts, offices and acceptable use
Use accurate account information, protect credentials and recovery codes, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. Office access depends on a verified identity, active membership and permitted role. Do not share accounts, evade office boundaries, access another office's information, approve a request when independent approval is required, or bypass payment or security controls. Upload or enter only information you are authorized to process. Do not submit malicious content, unlawful material, unnecessary sensitive identifiers, stolen credentials or material infringing others' rights. Customer content remains the customer's; we receive only the rights needed to host, process, protect and provide the authorized service. Customers are responsible for their staff's use and for obtaining any necessary client permissions. We retain our rights in the software, branding and documentation.
4. Price, trial and billing
The commercial price is $75 USD base per office per month (5 active internal members included; $10 for each additional active internal member), with a seven-day free trial. No trial starts by visiting the site, watching a demo, or using a separately granted founder entitlement. The current founder entitlement is finite and is not a paid subscription or an indefinitely renewable trial. Checkout shows the trial end, first charge, recurring monthly amount, applicable taxes, included limits and cancellation method before consent. A trial may convert to a monthly subscription only after the customer accepts those disclosed terms and payment authorization. Cancel before the disclosed trial end to avoid the first subscription charge. Reopening checkout does not reset a trial. Lemon Squeezy merchant approval and live billing configuration have been verified. Lemon Squeezy is configured as merchant of record for purchases. Its buyer terms and mandatory rights apply to transactions it processes. We do not collect full payment-card details through the PILOTALL workspace. Price changes apply prospectively with advance notice before a renewal at the changed price; customers may cancel before that renewal. Existing paid periods are not repriced retroactively.
5. Cancellation, refunds and access
Customers may cancel future renewals through the verified subscription-management method provided with their purchase, or request assistance at the support address. A cancellation request must identify the purchasing account or order, without sending card details. We verify identity and authority before changing access. Closing a checkout window, deleting a bookmark, or ceasing use does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation normally stops future renewals while access continues through the verified paid period, unless a refund, security restriction, legal obligation or other disclosed entitlement rule changes access. Refund eligibility and the request process are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy at /refunds. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Nothing limits mandatory refund or withdrawal rights.
6. Availability, changes and support
The current hosting tier may sleep; no continuous-availability, response-time, unlimited-storage, unlimited-AI or uninterrupted-background-worker commitment is offered. Maintain appropriate independent copies of information you need for professional obligations. An export control or recorded backup test does not establish guaranteed recovery of every hosted record. We may maintain or improve the service and restrict unsafe operations. Material changes to purchased capabilities or these Terms will be communicated before they govern future use or renewals where required. Support is handled at the published email address; the contact page opens the user's email application and is not an automated ticketing or outbound-email service.
7. Suspension, account closure and information
We may suspend access for credible security risks, unlawful use, material misuse or verified nonpayment. Where safe and legally permitted, we will explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve a remediable issue. Customers may request closure and an authorized export through support. We assess membership, ownership, legal holds, retention requirements and the rights of other office members before acting. Subscription cancellation does not automatically delete office records. Record deletion and account closure require a separate authorized process. Retained security, dispute or legally required records remain protected and are not retained for unrelated uses. 8. Warranties, responsibility and liability
The service is supplied as available, subject to any express commitments made at purchase and rights that cannot be excluded. We do not guarantee a professional outcome, a filing deadline, a business result, or suitability for a regulated use that has not been assessed. No certification or absolute security guarantee is implied. To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, and the operator's aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid for the affected office during the twelve months preceding the event. These limits do not exclude liability for fraud, willful misconduct, liability that applicable law prohibits limiting, or statutory remedies that must remain available. If a limitation is unenforceable, it applies only to the lawful extent.
9. Law, disputes and contact
Governing law and competent courts: the laws of Türkiye and the competent courts of Türkiye, subject to nonwaivable rights and any mandatory venue rules. Contact support first so we can attempt to resolve an issue; this does not delay or restrict a legal deadline or remedy. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to the lawful extent. No company registration, tax status or legal address is represented beyond the confirmed operator information published with these Terms.
