One Professional plan
$75 USD base per office per month includes up to 5 active internal team members. Starting with the 6th active internal member, each additional active internal member adds $10 USD per month. No complicated feature tiers or per-client-record charges.
Count internal staff, not clients
Active owners, admins, managers and internal members count toward seats. Client portal users do not count. Invited and inactive/deactivated staff are excluded from the next-period seat estimate. Actual effective dates and any proration must be validated with the approved provider before commercial activation.

CRM organizations and people, multiple contacts, tags and custom fields, Client 360, tasks, requests, document metadata and versions, workflow presets and recurring work, dependencies, deadlines, approvals, renewal preparation, commission records, operational inbox, communication drafts, audit history, secure scoped search, and CSV migration tools.
Professional preparation, with clear limits
Operator-edited proposals and engagement templates, signature preparation records, and an explicitly shared client-portal foundation are included in the workspace architecture. Legal signature execution, file upload/delivery/scanning, paid AI and unattended jobs remain disabled. Verified users can accept client-only invitations; essential transactional email is available. Browser push requires separate opt-in. No regulated professional service is performed.
7-day free trial
The free trial lasts seven days from office creation. Checkout does not restart or extend that office trial. Existing founder access is separate from a paid subscription or trial. No charge is created by the calculator, adding client records, or viewing the demo.
Preview before a seat change
Owners/admins can review active internal seats, included/additional seats, additional seat cost and the expected monthly total before changing an existing staff member’s active status. These are estimates only. No payment, automatic proration or provider subscription update is performed.
Current availability and safety limits
Public enrollment and verified Lemon Squeezy checkout are available. Loaded records are bounded at 1,000 per collection; partial views are marked and bulk preparation pauses. Imports support up to 100 reviewed rows per atomic batch. Records are not silently overwritten or deleted.
