Prepare in office time
The existing durable morning report implementation uses an office timezone and handles daylight-saving boundaries. A lease and idempotency key prevent duplicate claims.
Recover failed work
Bounded retries, attempt tracking, lease expiry, and persistent state allow recovery after a worker restart. Operators must monitor failures and confirm actual worker health.
Deliver only with approval
The email copy requires verified sender configuration and an independent reviewer. Provider acceptance does not prove recipient delivery. No email is sent by generating an office snapshot.
Zero-budget operations
The current Render Free service may sleep. No reliable continuous production scheduler or worker has been verified, so scheduled reports and outbound delivery remain disabled. An on-demand office snapshot is available without claiming automatic or round-the-clock operation.
Current production profile
External AI, broad notification campaigns and scheduled report processing remain disabled. Essential transactional email is available. On-demand office snapshots are available through authenticated read-only APIs.
