No. An enabled provider may produce reviewable drafts with sources and uncertainty. It cannot file a return, transfer funds, issue a policy, or bypass approval.

A file may be malformed, encrypted, active, contain an embedded attachment, fail scanning, or exceed an analysis limit. No clean result is invented. Obtain a safe original and use the normal upload flow.
